CABINET VISION’s New Recruit Aims To Help Businesses Improve
CABINET VISION have appointed a customer’s designer who is well experienced in using the software, as their account manager covering southern England.Danny Hargreaves joins CABINET VISION from Oxfordshire-based bespoke wardrobe and interiors company, Draks Interior Door Systems, where he used the software to improve their efficiency and quality.
At Draks he interpreted clients’ briefs and specifications, developing designs in CABINET VISION and suggesting improvements, while maintaining practicality. “I also created detailed cutting lists and converted CABINET VISION code onto the CNC machine for manufacture. I then provided the fitters with detailed manufacturing drawings to help them install the products on site.”
That variety gave him an extensive understanding of both creating designs that suit the clients’ specific needs, and the technical processes involved in manufacturing. “This will help me recognise customers’ personal requirements of the software and show them how to utilise it to its full potential to improve their businesses in terms of achieving full production efficiency.”
He says having used a number of CAD programs both at university and with other companies gives him a detailed insight into the benefits CABINET VISION has over other systems. “The reason I personally prefer CABINET VISION is the relationship it provides between a user-friendly and time efficient process, with the detail and precision that design companies need.
“Another important benefit is how each company can tailor the software to suit their specific needs – product ranges can be set up to the required specification before a project is started, saving considerable time in the overall design process.
“Although I’ve enjoyed using the software to create full designs, I’m now looking forward to helping businesses improve and move forward by showing them how to get the very best from CABINET VISION.”
